A man named Andrew Limbrook was a member of a rights militia that fought off notorious high end persona's. The name of this militia was unknown but the world and media would refer to them as "EVIL JOKERS". This was because for every target they killed, they would leave a Jokers playing card on the body.

in 2010 the FIB found a safehouse and arrested some of the members, Andrew not being one of them. His militia began to decline and no one knew where Andrew was. Michael, Andrews Brother, was targeted and beaten for his brothers whereabouts, even though Michael and Andrew were close he didn't know where he was and wouldn't tell them anyway.

After two months of searching high and low for Andrew, it was Michael who was tipped off on where to find his Brother. When he eventually found him, he was tied up by his feet hanging, beaten, burnt, arms cut off and dripping with blood. Pinned to Andrews body was a Joker card with a black marker reading "JOKERS NO MORE". After a short time, morning time came and he picked himself up and swore to himself that he would never let the name EVIL JOKERS be forgotten. He turned to some trusted Brothers and Sisters for advise on what to do about the mislead JOKER cards.

Eventually the trusted Brothers and Sister came up with a plan and that plan was to play the players at their own games and eventually named themselves EVIL JOKERS MC.
